Message Hi

I think that brake products looks like a good idea but there a few questions I like to ask.

1) What is the weight of the Rotor and bracket assembly? For those concern with unsprung weight.
2) What is the bracket material made of?
3) What is the thickness of the new Rotor.
4) What is the metalurgy of the rotor.
5) I noticed its slotted and cross drilled are the holes chamfered?
6) Are the rotors zinc plated?
7) Are they straight vane or curved vane?
8) How is the brake bias the same? My calculations show that increasing the rotor size and maintaing the everything else the same would cause a 5% increase of front bias. Please be aware that I am not saying this is not acceptable but will be evident and maybe increased rear friction pad would help allivate this.
9)why the new STuds, rings, and locating rings if the aluminum hat was specifically for the hub?
10) I always wondered this on the other kits that did the same thing what is the change of the surface area on the pad itself? Normally you have to match the caliper to the rotor size to make sure you have the same amount of sweep area and geometry. Else the ends of the pads will crumble because they will see more heat.

Please don't take this a bash just some questions to clarify the kit I think its actually kind of cool.

Carlos
